The English language training at Trebinshun was a highlight.
There was food for thought, and thanks to your fabulous cooking, the most wonderful food for the students.
A light and tasty lunch, the delicious cakes during the coffee break in the afternoon, and the most wonderful dinners, which crowned each day.

It was really amazing, especially bearing in mind that the oven in the kitchen is pretty old and not as sophisticated as modern kitchen tools are.
I cannot name my favourite, as each meal had its own appeal.
Even the French students were completely overwhelmed.

Claudia recently provided the canapes for my 30th party for 50 people. The theme was ‘pink’ and she successfully managed to tie all the food in with this theme in mind. From fresh sushi and prawns to a hot pink beetroot dip with crudite. The evening was marvellous thanks to her. She comes highly recommended!

A quick note to thank you very very much for all your wonderful cooking and help over the weekend. Everyone thought the food was absolutely delicious and were amazed by your calmness and patience in the kitchen (despite the rather frequent interruptions by all and sundry!).
Thank you for being so understanding by arrival delays etc and for helping to make the whole weekend a very special, spoiling time for us all.
